I just moved into a place, I am a renter and not at all from around here, I put my trash can on the sidewalk (I live in a tiny trailer park) and they didn't grab it because it wasn't in the road which was literally a foot away. They are very lazy. So just make sure you have it in an exact spot so they don't have to waste one step to get the trash. Thanks to them my kitchen now has 4 bags of trash and is making my home stink because obviously the trash can is full.
yes, I find WM to be quite inept and stupid. your experience may vary but I would gladly pay more, much more for a company who can be a bit more professional .
